Welcome SLAVIK MANAGEMENT is a family-owned Michigan-based real estate management company. We specialize in managing, marketing, and leasing market rate apartment communities. We currently manage and own several apartment communities ranging in size from 100 units to more than 500 units.

Our Management Portfolio consists of communities throughout Oakland and Washtenaw Counties. For over 30 years, these communities have remained under the ownership of the Slavik family.
